Bulk ordering allows a list of Landsat scenes to be submitted for additional processing beyond what is available through the standard Landsat Level-1 processing.

For the safety of our employees and our loyal customers -
masks are required for practitioners and clients. There are no exceptions.
All clients must come to their appointment alone, with a mask or mouth covering in order to receive services. The spa will not be providing masks.
Each member of our team follows strict hand washing and sanitizing protocols to ensure everyone’s safety. We are regularly sanitizing and disinfecting all common areas and treatment rooms including furniture, massage tables, door handles. Time between appointments will be adequate for proper disinfection and sanitation.
Gratuity is to be given directly to your therapist, not at front desk. No change available.
Monthly memberships will be suspended until further notice, there will be no automatic withdrawals and all services will be paid for at discounted rate at time of appointment.
Expired gift certificates and vouchers will be extended additional 3 months.

-Appointment Check-in-
New Clientsshould arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time to complete client intake form. A completed form is necessary so we can provide you with the individualized service you deserve and expect.
Returning Clientsshould arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment for assessment of any changes.
-Late Arrivals-
Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with the extraordinary service and professionalism we are committed to. We understand unforeseen incidents occur, however, your service will end at the time of your originally scheduled appointment. Full payment for service will be applied.
A late arrival of 15 minutes or more may need to be re-scheduled and a full service fee will be applied.
-Cancellations-
Please be respectful of our time as well as other clients. Your intended appointment time could have been utilized by another client. This is why we strictly enforce a 24 hour appointment change or cancellation notice. Any appointment changes or cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged a fee of 20% the original treatment price. The fee is due at time of re-booking.
Gift certificates, prepaid appointments, and vouchers intended to be used for such appointment will also be charged such fee. All of the above will be forfeited in case of no call no show.
Clients who abuse our policy will need to prepay all future appointments.
Clients with a repeated no-show appointment forfeit gift certificates, vouchers and special promotion discounts. They will need to prepay all future appointments and payment will be forfeited in case of no-show.
-Gift Certificates-
Gift certificates may be used for original priced services only. They are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any advertised, discounted or monthly special.
There are no refunds on purchased gift certificates. Our standard 24 hour Cancellation Policy applies.
Gift certificates will expire as noted on the certificate.
It is customary to provide your therapist 15-20% gratuity if you are pleased with the services provided.
Children are welcomed with own appointment or at special events, as specified.
50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for Spa Packages and private parties.
Payment in full is required at time of booking for couples massage.
When booking an appointments, please inform us if you are pregnant. It is the clients responsibility to inform their therapist of any allergies, medications, surgeries and procedures before each appointment.
